Current Job Opportunities - we are expanding our services and have created 6 new positions that are available in addition to other openings for the new school year.

Home Visitor - Wasilla, full-time. Through home visits and bi-weekly center socializations, create a successful environment that promotes the growth and development of infants and toddlers integrating educational goals and developmentally appropriate practices into services. Provide information, resources and referrals to families to assist them in achieving their goals.  This position will transition into a classroom Infant Toddler Teacher position within 12 months. Position starts as soon as possible and no later than August 21. $14.75-$16:00 with a CDA; $16-$19 with a degree.

Classroom Aide - Wasilla. Two new positions available - start August 1. Classroom Aide - Chugiak. One 28 hour per week position and One 36 hour per week position - both start August 28.
Classroom Aide - Sutton/Palmer.  Part-time 24 hour per week position-starts August 28.   Assist the preschool teacher in creating an environment to promote the growth and development of young children. Promote the health, nutrition and education of the children and to attend to their safety and welfare. Four positions available. $12-14/hr DOE/E, plus benefits. Position begins August 1, 2017.

Kitchen Helper/Food Services Aide - Wasilla 32.5 hours per week.
Kitchen Helper/Food Services Aide - Sutton 12 hours per week.
Provide assistance in kitchen to prepare meals for 160 children, wash dishes and keep kitchen areas clean and sanitary.  Transport food to Meadow Lakes in agency vehicle, daily. Position begins August 1, 2017

Family Advocate - Meadow Lakes. Provide a full range of family services. Assist families, through home visits in identifying needs and resources, then setting and accomplishing goals. $15-$16.50 per hour, 30 hours a week, full benefits.  Position starts August 28, 2017.

Preschool Teacher - Meadow LakesPreschool Teacher - Sutton/Palmer. Create a successful environment that will promote the growth and development of young children integrating educational goals and developmentally appropriate practices into the classroom. Maintain contact with and provide services to families. $19-$21/hr DOE/E, plus benefits. Position begins August 17, 2017.

Program Office Assistant - Sutton/Palmer. Greet visitors, children and parents, answer phones. Provide administrative support for center including phones, mail, newsletters, flyers, gathering and inputting data, record keeping, completing reports, coordinate bus routes and working on special projects.$14.50 - 15.50/hr, plus benefits. Position begins August 7, 2017.

Substitute - On Call - All Centers and All Programs and Locations.  Training opportunities, CDA preparation, $11.50-$12.50/hr DOE/E. Work as much or as little as you want to. Sub at all centers or just one - Wasilla, Meadow Lakes, Sutton, and Chugiak.
