Home Visitor - Palmer. Through home visits and bi-weekly center socializations, assist parents in creating a successful home environment that promotes the growth and development of infants and toddlers. Integrate educational goals and developmentally appropriate practices into services provided to parents in the home. Provide information, resources and referrals to families to assist families in achieving their goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of similar experience either in a classroom or through home visits required.
Knowledge of community resources.
An early childhood degree or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is preferred, however we will provide support and assistance to help the successful candidate in completing the requirements for a credential.

This position is for our Early Head Start program located in Wasilla, however the service area for this position Palmer. Through home visits and bi-weekly center socializations, create a successful environment that promotes the growth and development of infants and toddlers integrating educational goals and developmentally appropriate practices into services. Provide information, resources and referrals to families to assist them in achieving their goals. Full-time, $15-19 per hour plus benefits.

Classroom Aide - Preschool - Sutton/Palmer. Our center is located in Sutton Elementary, Sutton is 15 miles north of Palmer. Assist in preschool classrooms and also on the bus, kitchen and office as needed. Part-time (28 hours per week), part-year September - mid-May, $12-$14 per hour plus retirement plan, paid leave and holidays.

Classroom Aide - Wasilla. Assist in infant - Toddler classroom. Full-time, $12-$14 per hour plus full benefits.

Programs Director - Part of the Leadership Team and manages program service areas including planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of all programs and components.  Supervises Center management staff to ensure quality, compliance, structure, monitoring, and continuous improvement training, over all programs and services including but not limited to: Program Structure; Education and Child Development; School Readiness; Health; Nutrition; Mental Health; Disabilities; Safety; Oral Health; Family and Community Engagement; Transitions; Data Management and Analysis; Reporting; Recordkeeping; Coaching; and Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance. Full-time, full-year position $34 - $41 per hour plus great benefits.

Substitute - On Call - All Centers and All Programs and Locations.  Training and advancement opportunities, CDA preparation, $11.50-$12.50/hr DOE/E. Work as much or as little as you want to. Sub at all centers or just one - Wasilla, Meadow Lakes, Sutton, and Chugiak.
